Kacha specialises in recruitment that focuses on equality and diversity– their content reflects their principles and adds value to their reader. The blog posts I wrote for their Linkedin page covered themes such as diversity in the workplace and mental health at work.
They included researching reports and statistics from sources such as the Harvard Business Review to inform the content. My experience working in multiple workplaces, from corporations to start-ups, added some background to my writing.
